CEO
Mr. Jones is a highly experienced and accomplished freight and logistics professional who has established himself as a leading figure in the maritime industry. As the CEO of STS Logistics, LLC, based in South Florida, Jeffery has built a reputation for providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to his clients' transportation needs. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Jeffery has developed a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of logistics and is committed to delivering customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. He is widely respected for his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to excellence, and is a trusted partner to businesses across a wide range of industries.
Mr. Jones founded Seaport Transportation Services, LLC dba STS Logistics, LLC (STS), a specialized freight forwarding service in 2014. With over 20 years of in-depth experience and deep insights into marine logistics, he provides sound judgment and decision-making to lead STS into its next growth phase.

Carl Brown
Vice-President of Trade Operations
With 30+ years of overall trade and logistics experience, Mr. Carl Brown is a seasoned logistics expert whose 21 of 30+ years have been spent working within the International Longshoremen's industry. Mr. Brown has held 2 terms as the International Longshoreman Local 1526 Recording Secretary. Of his 30 years of experience, Mr. Brown spent 9 years with Crowley American Transport. Mr. Brown is certified in several areas, including tractor-trailers, ship lashing, and pallet jacks. He also has specialized industry knowledge of terminal gate procedures, lane inspection, terminal yard inspection, and ship-side checks, and is a Certified Hazardous Material Instructor.

Vice-President of Information Technology
A veteran of the United States Air Force, Mr. Jones has the ability to offer top-quality systems analysis and security operations to our internal and external customers. Mr. Jones is also adept at delivering efficient security issue diagnostics, while leveraging outstanding problem solving and analytical expertise to minimize loss and/or damages. From physical securities management to cybersecurity, we have you covered. Nick is committed to leveraging the latest technological innovations to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and security of STS Logistics' operations, while also providing exceptional service to clients.

Dr. Craig Austin, PhD.
Executive Director of Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Mr. Austin is a seasoned educator of logistics and supply chain management learning. Known as a senior export, import, and logistics professional, he possesses more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of international & supply chain logistics, 3PL, CFS & gateway operations, and purchasing. Mr. Austin also holds a Custom Brokerage License for imports into the U.S./nationally. He is responsible for overseeing supply chain operations and is dedicated to ensuring our continued success by providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to clients. From logistics to warehousing, we deliver.

Director of Government Relations
Respected for his vast knowledge of the international maritime industry and trusted for his keen business acumen and involvement in public policy at the local & state levels, Mr. Pegram is an architect of “power networking & relationship building”. He has fostered a variety of partnerships with government officials, diplomats, powerful business leaders, and NGO's, to name a few. A longshoreman by trade and a highly-sought after consultant, who has served in multiple management and senior-level positions over 30 years, he has been the driving force and asset to several political, business, and community-based campaigns and projects.

Administrative and Research Manager
Danelle Adlam is the Administrative and Research Manager at Seaport Transportation Services LLC (STS Logistics), where she plays a pivotal role in the company’s strategic growth and operational efficiency. With a strong background in international trade, logistics, and market research, she oversees the development of proposals for strategic partnerships, coordinates with international clients, and ensures compliance with global trade laws governing logistics and supply chain operations.
Prior to joining STS Logistics, Danelle held diverse roles in research, logistics, and business development. She has extensive experience managing grant proposals, conducting market research, and working with stakeholders to drive business expansion.
